I agree. I thought for sure that someone would have mentioned this line earlier. I think the thing that makes it funny is the way he says it, and when he says it. It only has relevance to the fact that they are at the zoo, but is totally unrelated to the conversation about Lois' proposed agenda. All in all, I thought the whole zoo segment was a riot.
