My personal favorite is the glorious sendup of "Kid's Say The Darndest Things" and Bill "Overact" Cosby in ep # 302-"Brian Does Hollywood". No matter how many times I've seen/heard it, I'm still reduced to tears at the following line:

Stewie:"Oh no, I'll wait. Oh, are you finished? You know, it's my fault really. I was under the impression that the name of the show was, 'Kids Say The Darndest Things' not 'Old Black Comedians Never Shut The Hell Up'."

Oh man, my face is so red. How could I have forgotten that the scene also has the incredible "I'm going skiing" monologue featuring Stewie tearing into Cosby for "Not even using real words." What an AWESOME ep!

In "I am Peter, Hear me Roar" when he tries to breastfeed Stewie. Stewie's reaction shot is priceless.

Actually, I think the latter scene was not in "I Am Peter, Hear Me Roar" but "He's Too Sexy For His Fat".

I really liked the scene "Waiter, there's a dead guy in my soup" and of course the intro to "Brian does Hollywood". Absolutely classic!

Now that you mention restaurant stuff, I'm reminded of a great line from a quality scene in my favorite ep, # 107-"Brian: Portrait Of A Dog".

After getting tossed out of the Taste Of Sicily retaurant, Brian fires back, "You've got 50 Puerto Ricans in the kitchen! Yeah, THAT'S authentic Italian!" (Working at a restaurant with at least a dozen Hispanic guys who don't speak English, I can completely relate.)

I think one of the best scenes was were there is the flashback to Peter running over one of the performers of the Cats Musical on-stage. It's so totally random and funny as hell, he also thinks he hit an animal; because they are all in costumes.
