Also, the new Special Class - Short-Format Animated Program Emmy goes to Camp Lazlo (Cartoon Network). (Apparently, 30-minute shows that consist of two or more stories, like SpongeBob SquarePants, have the option of submitting a full episode in the One Hour or Less category (which SBSP did) or a single story in the Short-Format Animation category (which Camp Lazlo did).)
