Veteran's Day & Cinco de Mayo in the same episode - do they even notice these things??

Would Seth have caught this? Maybe FOX shouldn't have gone ahead without him...

(Besides, who "noticed" that Peter managed to get through elementary and high school, and get a driver's license, with a birth certificate that said he was born in Mexico? Of course, back then, everybody assumed Francis was his father, and presumably Francis was a citizen, so nobody really challenged his citizenship. Oh, and never mind that, under current law, Peter was born a U.S. citizen even though his father wasn't one at the time.)
