What celebrity name was removed from the Family Guy episode with Brian's kid?

About a month ago FOX aired a rerun of the Family Guy episode in which Brian "has a kid". Brian reunites with a former girlfriend; now she's an obese chain-smoker with a 12 year old kid. After Brian lashes out at Quagmire and claims Quagmire could never understand what it's like to be a parent, Quagmire tortures Brian by telling him to imagine the kid falling out a window and other disasters.

At the end of the episode, the kid goes back to his mother. The episode ends with a celebrity reference, something about the mother being hideous, but she's still better than [blank]. In the re-run, instead of naming the celebrity, there's silence, as if FOX censored the name. Can anyone who remembers the name from the original airing post the name of the celebrity?

For the June 22, 2008 rebroadcast of the episode, FOX censored the last two words of Peter's last line, "She looks like a really hot Tim Russert", which referenced the long-time NBC News Washington bureau chief Tim Russert, who had passed away only nine days earlier.

(And while we're waiting for the new episodes to appear, we can find better things to do than spend time wondering what "version" they'll show: (a) on Adult Swim; (b) in syndication; (c) on the DVD; (d) when Fox airs it again, and if they decide to replace the name, or even the entire line, with something else (the way Futurama replaced "JFK Junior Airport" with "Radio City Mutant Hall", even on the DVD version).)
