who is the funniest character in Daria? I dont think daria is - shes my favorite character but not the funniest. I think Brittany or Quinn is the funniest. - or maybe Jake - darias father - that guy cracks me up

My votes for Jake. He's the only one to make me laugh out loud on more than one occasion.

Either Upchuck (his appearances in "Fair Enough" were priceless), or Trent (the phone scene in "Pierce Me" was one of the funniest of the entire series).

I think they're all funny(except the Fashion Clubbers, they're just pathetic), but the ones that pretty much always make me laugh are Jane, Jake and Mr. Demartino

The funniest character would have to be Brittney and Kevin(they are like one character) but my favorite is Jane, But the best scene in all seasons would have to be the scen with Trent and Daria on the phone. I COULDN'T STOP LAUGHING!!!!!!!

Mr. O'Neill is one of my favorites-- I loved the look of horror on his face in "Cafe Disaffecto," and the way he never seemed to remember a face ("Esteemsters," "Cafe Disaffecto," "This Year's Model"). I especially like the Mr. T. and Incredible Hulk makeovers he's received of late in the end credits. But Jane, Jake, and Mr. D. are the best reliable sources of laughs (D.: "I've got a bump on my head, a bug bite on my arm, a sandwich on my ass" Jane: "And all in front of Trent." Jake gets some of the biggest laughs from me (especially in "The Big House"), but I gotta love Jane's unique sense of humor (I'd say she's my favorite overall character).
