Daria discovers she has superhuman powers and elects to be an anti- hero and not save the world. I envisage her attitude being somewhat like Zenith in the comic 2000AD. She'd become the new lead singer for Mystic Spirals and use her powers to hover over the audience in a stadium gig and shout the lyrics and miscellaneous abuse down at them.
I like the outfit she wears for volleyball in the opening sequence. It's sort of grungey and unkempt in a sporty sort of way.

hmmm. Aquatic chickens of hispanic descent... Would this be one of those "we're all the same on the inside" episodes, where everyone realizes that it's wrong to dislike someone just because they're swimming chicano poultry? Okay. I had to comment on that, even if we all knew (we all /hope/) it was a typo. But now that I've gotten that out of the way, I think they should do a very special Daria episode about why Andrea the sulky goth and that cute little red-haired perkygoth that's always hiding in the background never hang out. A sort of Daria prequel!
The girl should get some pants. I mean, skirts are nice, but they're so damned inconvient. You'd think someone as practical as Daria would want something with more pockets and less... revealing that that bloody skirt of hers.
realizes that her pleas to leave her alone about it are actually being listened to, and no one is going to make any mention of it. This sets us up for another "Very Special Daria" as she gets depressed and spirals into madness and death.

"The Daria Show" -- Daria finds herself accidentally involved with a talk show when a talk show host confuses audience member Daria with a guest host that will do the talk show for a week. Jane is the person Daria vents to and asks for assistance, Quinn gets excited over the prospect of being on TV and tries to kiss up to her sister so she can let her on, Jake and Helen worry that this "little talk show thing" will interfere with school, and Daria has Jodie and Mack on for an interview (because those are the only people she can think of who she'd want to interview AND who'd want to be interviewed). Side...the fashion club try to get together with Joey, Jeffy, and Jamie for a campus TV show and Kevin and Brittany inadverently become the stars of this show.
Get it? It's a TV-themed show. :)
I'd think she'd look great with a black blazer, dark green shirt, knee-length skirt, and black tights. Coupled with a brand-spanking new pair of black combat boots with dark green stitching. God I'm starting to sound like a fashion person.... :)

Ummm...are you talking about, "what Daria will do for Jane's birthday"? Hm...I don't know...maybe Daria could ask Trent to ask Jesse if he'd take her to an art museum for her birthday. Or to a concert. The whole "writing a song for Jane" thing has been done already....
I'd love for him to grow out his hair a little more and streak his frontal hair area (the bangs part) a really nice blond color. You know, a little like Mark McGrath from Sugar Ray...I think Trent would look cool like that.

Time travel. Daria and Jane go back to the 60's and find out the real Jake and Helen. And it's even worse than willow and kayote would suggest. kind of like back to the future without being sucky.
