Well, assuming you have a version of IE, go to the menu marked "View," select "Options," then the tab marked "Advanced," then click on the box marked "Warn before accepting a cookie," then click "Apply." Every time you're offered a cookie, just decline to accept it, A bit of a pain, but that's IE for you.
(Of course you could join the rest of us and go to home.netscape.com and join the Netscape majority-- at least it's a majority according to a recent computer poll. <g>)

In Netscape Navigator 3.01 (my browser): click Options, then Network Preferences, then Protocols, check the box under "Show alert before..." which says "acccepting a cookie", then OK. When you vote and a window pops up asking if you want to accept the cookie, click "cancel."

Before I stumbled upon the "cookies" option, I did find a way to vote as many times as possible.....but I've forgotten what I did now! Sorry! Possibly closing down Netscape (which I take it you aren't using anyway) or loggin off and then back on again, or something....

Great! Thanks, I will!

Fix your cookies up with a short, balding, cigar-chompping, fat man who shows up clad in a dirty white tank top, bermuda shorts, black kneehigh socks, and pink fuzzy bunny slippers holding a condom. If that doesn't turn your cookies off then cookies' a little tramp.
And you'll have to introduce me. ;)
