What about the best lines you've heard in the course of real life that sound like they come straight outta a Daria episode (not automatically from Our Heroine, though).
The reason I brought this up was because in the course of a discussion on lame music, Rush came up, and a friend remarked
"Oh great, now Free Will is stuck in my head and I can't get it out!"
I didn't hear this, I read about it in a newspaper or magazine article. At the end of the school year, in a class on Shakespeare. The names are my own attribution. The dialog is real, as I remember it.

A friend who's setting up (with my technical assistance) a network and webserver in a local Catholic school was told by an Ameritech technician that they support networks but NOT hubs. Kevin could NEVER be an Ameritech phone support technician. He's WAY too smart. I doubt that even Tiffany has a low enough IQ. Ms. Li however just MIGHT have the requisite ability to evade responsibility for all of her utterances.
