I tried looking up `Frieda' on various websites of CD's and mostly got the soundtrack for Fried Green Tomatos.
SO, someone please email me what CD this on or any other info that might help me obtain it?

It's called "I Know There's Something Going On" by Frida. I did a search at CDNOW:

CDNow came up with 3 titles-one Frida CD and two 1980s compilations.
If you want to check other music sites, be sure you use the correct title and spelling as shown above so you'll get more accurate results. My apologies if you did that but only abbreviated it in your post.
I see your problem. We'd been misspelling the name of the artist. The name of the artist is Frida. I found the album this particular song is on on Amazon's website:
