Unfortunately Outpost Daria is missing this one from its otherwise pretty comprehensive list of songs, and I really want to know what it is as it sounds really familiar. I've a feeling that just after that clip ends, a trumpet/horn comes in, playing a sort of kitsch little melody.
Anyone have any ideas?

This sick individual has been running a campaign against groups such as this (the group is meant to stop people like him from abusing Usenet) by repeating headers, using rubbish in the body of the posting, then altering the Followups to nanae. The idea is that people unknowingly flood that group with responses.
This first started when certain moderated groups were flooded with header repeats, using forged approval markers. This now seems to have been continued to other groups.
