Daria: Huh, I guess the hurting can stop...eventually.

Trent: Um, what is that caveman doing in the Tank?

[Caveman Bill runs over his partner/antagonist, Scooter, at least 20 times]

Daria: Making the world safe for democracy?

[Jane notices the caveman stop the van and rummage around in the back]

Jane: Uh, Trent, you don't happen to have a chainsaw in there, do you?

Trent: No...

**BOOM!!!**

Trent: ...I have a rocket launcher, though.

Jane: Okay, I'm just going to hide the fertilizer until he calms down.

Daria: Just watch out for that falling anvil.

Jane: What anvil?

*KLANG!!*

Brittany: Ouch-ooooh!!

Jane (head in her hand): I had to ask.

Daria: At least it didn't hurt anything important.

Brittany: Hey, suddenly everything makes sense.

Jane: Should we be worried?

Daria: Only if you're head turns into cottage cheese.

Jane: Is that before or after we burst into flames?

[A roadrunner and coyote enter the scene] [with the latter getting blown up by a stray rocket] [The roadrunner flicks his tongue at his pursuer, goes 'meep-meep'] [and zips out of frame, leaving the coyote to crumble into ash]

Daria: I don't even wanna know.

and they pulled the Daria forum, so yeah, it's gone.

Daria: If you want to occupy yourself, there are plenty of chores that need to be done around here.

[Helen and Jake glare at her]

Daria: What? You get to say it.

But seriously, if you're not able to find paid employment, perhaps you could try volunteering. Not only would it provide you with extra experience but, if you do especially well, some businesses will recommend you to future employers and that will greatly improve your chances of getting hired. (and, in some cases, getting paid more)

Unless someone has some better suggestions, at least give it some thought.

You can watch all episodes of Daria or Futurama or Simpsons, or read all Userfriendly / PvP / Sinfest / GPF / Garfield comic strips (starting from 1978 :)

Now that's just plain creepy... Userfriendly.org is my homepage and I own all the volumes of Futurama! I'm glad that Comedy Central is going to make new episodes, but I'm worried about Adult Swim losing syndication rights.

By the way, as I know there were 5 seasons of Futurama with 72 episodes total. But when I'm looking on Amazon (mmm... Amazon... :) I see only 4 seasons :/ And the "Futurama Complete Collection" is decribed as 4 seasons but includes all 72 episodes. What's the catch? 'o_O

There is none. If you look at the production codes at tv.com or wherever else you can find them, you'll notice that the broadcast order is completely different from the production order. All season "5" episodes have production codes 4xxx (one has 3xxx even).

The DVD sets include everything, they just have them grouped by production seasons.

oj.

The show was pre-empted so often that it took 5 years to show 4 seasons worth of episodes.
