Authentic Daria Seasion 5 Script?

Maybe one of the people wired in with the Daria production people could answer this for me, A girl at my school gave me what appears to be a Daria script. I don't know for a fact that it is real but it doesn't appear to be Fan Fiction, There are refrences to storyboards and setup captions. The script is dated March 17th 2000. She claims to have gotten it off IRC (Somewhere I don't tread) I have no reason not to beleive her, she has gotten genuine articals in the past such as the Cruel Intentions script about a month before it came out.

I am going to scan it in with OCR tommorow afternoon, My scanner is painfully slow. I will try to get the actual file it was printed form first.

Okay, Lets see what we have here.

There is a new male character, Malcolm, He is intrested in Daria, Daria appears to be intrested in him, AND, the Fashion club is intrested in him also as a member, Quinn seems convinced he is gay, Malcolm is from the UK, He lives with his mother who is an antrhopoligst at the Smithsonian, Therefore almost certainly placing lawndale in Maryland. He appears to hit it off with Jodie and Mack. He becomes Jodies Tennis partner and he very publically slams Kevin and makes a scene in an assembly involving two shell shocked Vietnam vetrans, He then becomes enemies with DeMartino. He also blows off the Fashion Club, this is a direct quote:

If this Malcolm character is for real I can't wait to hear his voice. I guess the Trent 'shippers will be hanging themselves.

As for my fanfict "Manifest Destiny" it has been sidelined by a project I have to complete by the end of May for an advanced XDD programme I want to take this summer. Every waking hour not spent on school or work is spent infront of this really pissy Silicon Graphics Indigo I am about ready to tie to the bumper of my car and take out for a ride on the TransCanada or maybe set on fire.

Trust me, emailing me weekly won't get it done any faster. But I can repost the "trailer" if anyone wants me to.

I have done graphics work on the Macintosh for years, since I was 8 or 9, I don't like Unix, I don't like the graphics programs for the SGI. And the machine it's self looks really gay. I have this big girly green box on my desk. And I had to move my Power Macintosh G4/450 to make room for it,

And before you comment on the colours of Macs, I think the iMacs and Blue G3's look just as stupid as the SGI Machines.

I have nothing against SGI, I am thinking about buying an SGI 320 to replace my Pentium 350 before to long. I just have to say that without question IRIX is the WORST opperating system in the universe.

Hell, I think people who like Unix should be hanged in their front yard infront of their children and people who like Linux should be forced to work for Microsoft or Sun Microsystems

Reasonable...non techies tend to find Unix how can I say quirky :) as for unix grapics programs ever tried using gimp (no nothing to do with Pulp Fiction :) ), bit hard to get into but really quite powerfull.

Humm and what exactly do Sun machines run....Solaris (or SunOS, if they are older) both of which are Unix. Hell even the great Microshaft used to be a unix vendor many moons ago...before bill tried to take over the world :) Actually most of the modern Suns can also run Linux so nah na na nah na :)

I should clarify, I do know Unix, Specifically IBM's AIX, I just hate having unix on the desktop. My school moved to Linux after being offered cash by some stupid .com, Fortuently I was able to keep it off the Macs and SGI PC's

Yes, Indigo 2, My sister calls it the "Barbie Computer", When I am not home she brings her friends into see it. If she set her dollhouse ontop of the Indigo it would make a good lawn\base for it.

Hmm, Lets see what I have in here, My Powerbook, My Quadra 840, My Power Macintosh 7200, My Power Macintosh G4, My IBM Pentium II/350 and the SGI Indigo2.

No I just think I need fewer computers, you should see what my gf has, she has about 40, everything from a functioning Apple IIe to an IBM RS/6000 workstation.

Sun machines do use Unix, However the Linux crowd sees them as corporate scum exploiting the Internet. The Linux crowd want's to run the world on old 486/sx's and Quadra 950's running Linux. and Microsoft still has Outlook and MSIE for Unix.

You in some ways have an enlightened school, that cirtainly would not happen here at the mo I'm afraid we're coporatly selling our souls to M$. Actually I will admit that from a first user's point of view Unix/Linux can be big and confusing then again so can Windows, though in a different way.

I have used AIX a little, had it oun the finance server in my last job.

Ah, the one I have at work is an Indigo, older but takes up less desk space :) Yeah know what you mean about the green I2 tho... we have a couple at work :)

Don't get me started...from where I'm sitting I can see....2xPCs (working), a couple more awaiting setting up, the SGI Personal Iris..hey you think the I2 is big...this sucker has a 19" monitor, though at least it's a tower, so it stands on the floor....2xRM Nimbus "almost compatibles", another two PI towers, and 3xSun machines + ascociated drives....though I do choose to have this lot, I do see what you mean about needing less computers tho.

Humm, *MOST* of the linux crowd, though I suppose I use Linux, but I probably wouldn't considder myself as part of the linux crowd.

Yeah have to look into that at some point, have never been able to find IE for Unix/Linux....and am a bit hesetant to install an MS product on something that works :)

No just really crooked administrators who would probably take money from anyone, Lets see, Mrs.Lee has taken money from "The Family Research Council" an American based Rightwing "Thinktank", Mountain Dew, They painted over a 55 yearold painting of the royal family with a surfing mountain dew can, She has taken money from a company linked to mercinaries it's some oil company that doesn't get along with 3rd world governments. She made a deal with a pager service provider, and banned cell phones on school property.And recently she accepted $10,000 from a company with a really bizzare flavor of linux that can only run a really akward word processing programme and I am yet to find a printer that is compatable with it. However the school mascott is now a penguin amd better than the Turkey.

Humm they arn't banned here where I work (you can work it out from my posting host, needless to say UK university), but you are required to turn them off in lectures, and in places like the library, and the open computer areas.

Humm the two WP progs I know about for Linux are StarOffice (Sun Microsystems, which isn't too bad), and I believe there's a version of Corel WordPerfect, which I have as yet to try.

Humm odd, you mean it doesn't just use the Linux installed printer ? I would have thought pretty much any postscript one would do ?
