I'm not sure if Sandy or Tiffany is more irritating. Probably Sandy.

Also... At the risk of being non-PC, could Tiffany be Angela Li's daughter?

tiffany's more the "stereotypical yes man" imho. stacy is just weak, impressionable, etc. she doesn't seem like a particularly bad person, she just seems to have low self-esteem. which is something i can of course identify with, heh.

Yes...a number of times Tiffany tells two different people exactly the opposite things: "Fair Enough"; "Daria Hunters"; there might be one more. I just can't put my hand on it.

Hmm...interesting analysis. It could be just that Quinn and Sandi are overwhelming personalities in comparison, but that scene in "Gifted" does say _something_ about her character that could be confused for being a "yes man". Maybe that is a self-esteem thing. Very interesting.

Regardless, Stacy actually dares to express an opinion in Daria Dance Party, and regardless of how quickly Sandi quashes it, Tiffany would never even think of doing such a thing.

Yeah. And Stacy, unlike Sandi and Tiffany, actually seems to be something of a nice person. If you remember "Depth Takes a Holiday" (I understand if you've tried to forget it :] she was very bubbly and enthusiastic about Quinn's report. She also cared enough about some guy to be upset by it in "Fair Enough". And she genuinely *likes* Quinn, as seen in "Gifted".

I'd peg her as the *least* annoying of the Fashion Club (even considering the Ferris wheel scene in FE), simply because she's the only one not eternally engaged in trying to manipulate and/or decieve the people around her. She even seems too naive to consider such a thing. In fact, get her away from her arrogant, snotty, materialistic "friends", and she might turn out to be a decent person.

A random thought -- I might have a chance to introduce someone to "Daria" in a few weeks. What would y'all recommend as good starter eps? I was thinking perhaps of "Through a Lense Darkly" and "Daria Dance Party"...

Yes, Through a Lens Darkly would be a good one.
