Are there a couple of sites that have collected what might exist for brief user animations of Daria characters? GIF animations are fine and probably best.
I'm also looking around trying to find any Daria comics or graphic novels if there are any: Cartoons, not just stories, good as much fan fiction is.

I'm also looking for a good 3D animation software program that doesn't cost $3600, like 3D Max does.

http://www.hash.com/ Martin Hash Animation Master. The only software that compares to this is the in-house custom software used at Pixar, and that can't be bought at any price. As far as I know AM is still in the $200/$300 range.
