Food for thought.....

I feel kinda stupid posting here, because I usual don't fit in(i.e. I'm ignored) in all other ngs, but this is about something that was posted in Planet Daria's message board. Why didn't Trent just come through the door in that one scene in "Pierce Me?" Why did he have to listen to the conversation? I figured I'd ask here, since most of you have really good discussions that cause me to think very, very hard. And I think I may have just insulted myself. Anyway, I would appreciate any thoughts.

You aren't ignored. I always feel like I don't fit in because I post stupid things all the time. I'm trying to shake off the habit, though. Anyway, I'm relatively new, but I still think you fit in fine.

Well, I for one certainly don't want you to feel like you're being ignored. Trent didn't enter the door immediately because he heard Daria and Jane talking, and he caught just enough of the conversation that he wanted to hear more before making his grand entrance. Simple human behavior. We've all done stuff like that.
