Arrgh!

Yeesh! I'm NEVER going to get my tapes made! Is there anyone out there with the ability to have the VCR change the cable station? Then I envy you, because mine can't. What this means is that, unless I'm actually THERE to make the recording (and I rarely am), I can only program the time, and HOPE that whoever IS here can remember to set the cable box back to MTV when they're done with. And they never do. My recording of Depth Takes a Holiday starts with fifteen to twenty minuits of sixty minuits (I think that's what it was).

ARRGH!

You know, the CBS newsmagazine? However, I think that comes on Sundays, doesn't it?

With the cable box provided by my cable company, there is a way to program the box itself to change cable channels at a specified time. If your cable box is from the cable company (not store-bought, etc.) ask them if you can do this, and if so, how to do it.
