Communists and aliens (foreign and otherwise). This episode was mostly about misunderstandings, but it was well written and funny. Daria gets freaked a little about aliens and the possibility of mind control. Jake and Helen think Daria is anti-immigration (and Jake flips out). Quinn starts dressing differently and the Fashion club gets suspicious. Then they think Daria and Jane are atomic communists and aliens. Kevin and Brittany suspect that there is some conspiracy going on with Jane and Daria (was it communism?). Mack thinks Kevin is going nuts. Upchuck thinks alien babes are comming for him. And Jane is concerned about Trent's new music (which sounds kinda cheerful or happy).
And to top it all off, we get to see Artie. He was last seen in "Esteemers" at the UFO convention. It wasn't until I saw the episode last night that I realized that Artie previously claimed to be abducted by aliens. So it makes sense that he was in this episode.
Great moments: * Mr. DiMartino gets arrested. * Sandi nearly lets out her true feelings about Quinn. * Trent's jingle. * When Daria says that she and Jane are okay and everyone else is acting weird.
