I'm a 100% lurker in alt.comics.sluggy-freelance, and I post once or twice in alt.fan.conan-obrien. As for alt.tv.daria.. well you all already know that one.

alt.fan.neil-gaiman - mainly because I didn't quite fit in with them, and they talked about stuff that I totally did not comprehend.

rec.music.tori-amos - I love this singer, but I'm not a music fanatic in general.. and they mostly talk about music here, so I didn't quite get most of the conversation. (I've never subscribed to another music NG).

alt.tv.nickelodeon - It just got so inane.

And there are probably more that I've forgotten..

The reason I asked this is because I find too much enjoyment out of reading polls like these, while at the same time, feeling utterly annoyed by them. It's like reading those stupid quizzes in girlie magazines.. you hate them, yet, are strangely fascinated by them... it's an odd paradox...

Which is why the fact that Daria staffers are reading this NG doesn't surprise me too much.. but it would surprise me if anyone from the show actually posted anything. That would be a bit too surreal...

Yep... alt.pets.rodents -- occasional posting. alt.pets.parrots.amazons -- I answer questions here sometimes, but it's very low traffic. sci.archaeology.moderated -- just a lurker. sci.bio.ethology -- ditto. rec.arts.tv.mst3k.misc -- I barely even have time to read this 'cause it is probably the highest volume group I subscribe to. alt.fan.pratchett -- I'm waiting until I've read more of his books to start really posting here. An awesome group though. alt.fan.pratchett.announce -- just to get info on signings 'n stuff. alt.peace-corps -- it's a possibility after I graduate ;-) alt.fan.douglas-adams -- I used to participate moderately in this froup, but it got a bit hard to keep up with. Now I just lurk but am thinking about jumping back in.
