A Weekend Afternoon #DariaFan Chat?

Hey everyone...

Since the chats at Talk City on #DariaFan on Thursday nights are going so well, I've been thinking of expanding to one more day or night.

Since there are no organized chats on DALnet in #Daria+ on either Saturday or Sunday afternoon, I was thinking that might be an ideal time for a chat. I'm leaning towards Sunday Afternoons because Sunday Afternoons tend to kinda drag and it would be a great time for a friendly chat amongst Daria Fan Type People. Certainly it would brighten up *my* Sunday Afternoon to hang out and chat.

You can register your nick at http://www.talkcity.com/ but remember to do it a few days before the chat because if you do it the night of the chat you might be locked out of using that nick if the autoresponder is overtaxed and can't get back to you immediately. You get 12MB of web space just for registering your nick, a cool side-benefit.

    Are there any Daria chat groups on IRC besides the one buried deep
within this TalkCity organization's website?  I went looking for the
place on the site where I was supposed to "register" for that particular
room and never could find it.  Plus I get the sneaking suspicion that it
would open me up to tons of spammage from all the commercial entities on
the site.  Call me paranoid, but that's the reason why I do not register
or sign up for 99% of the "free" things offered on the net these days.
    If someone could direct me to a regular #Daria IRC chat channel
where you just log on and join in, I would appreciate it.
