Not of the list, mind, of the programme itself.
I just checked my TV GUIDE. Funny thing that I would join a listserv dedicated to "Daria" the precise week when MTV gets a spate of conscience and nostalgia and shows mostly videos. Bad show I let my sub to "Broadcasting & Cable" mag lapse when I did -- they probably planned this two years ago. About the only scheduled showing (and I know how to look -- remember, media degree; not all those course material abstracts were in 24-point type, as it happens) was for 1.30am on a Friday morning. Were my video not on the blocks, I'd just set up to tape it, but I'm quite nearly compelled to stay up and brave the ennui of the consequent and subsequent cable fare.
I'm marginally curious to know how many adult Daria fans remember "The Young Ones" (or even AbFab). It'd be a marvellous thing for any and all adult list subbies to email me direct to say yes or no. Anything to blot out the unwanted influx of geekmail I'm getting from a developer listserv I'm sorry I joined.
So to be fair to the BigMacs at MTV, let's just call it Murphy's Law playing a Charlie Parker tune in my wc while I'm busy relieving myself.
