Ep. #412 - 7/26 - "Fire!" - The Morgendorffers move into a hotel after Jake has a kitchen mishap involving fire.

I like this idea.

Ep. #413 - 8/2 - "Dye! Dye! My Darling" - Daria helps Jane dye her hair with disatrous results.

There has to be more to it than just that unless they're saving the good stuff for the movie, Speaking of which.....

The BIG news:

The airdate has been announced for the movie, again this is from TVGrid.com:

"Is It Fall Yet?" - Sunday, August 27th, at 7:00 p.m. - Daria finds herself wishing for summer to end, after she is forced to volunteer at a camp for the overly sensitive. With the voices of Bif Naked, Dave Grohl, and Carson Daly. (120 min.)

So looks like we'll only have a 3 and 1/2 week wait from the airing of #413 to the movie, not too long at all. Speculation, anyone?

A femme alternarapper, I believe. Hm. *furrows eyebrows* I know I just recently got a K-Tel compilation (hey, they do *great* compilations now) called "Double Shot Pop Alternative" and the last song on the first CD is a song by Bif Naked. Not bad IMO.

Buffy fans may have heard and seen her before. She's on the Buffy soundtrack LP. She also appeared in season 4 episode 3 _The Harsh Light of Day._ performing at the party in Wolf House.

Wouldn't call her _alternarapper_ , she can scream a pretty good rock song. You can hear brief clips from her album [_I Bificus_] at amazon.com. You'll either like her voice or hate it. I bought the album on the strength of the track on the Buffy LP and wasn't disappointed. Kind of rock style with an indie feel to it. If that makes sense.

Me too. With Jake attempting to cook it was only a matter of time. It'll be interesting how they all handle it. Quinn having to live in a hotel? And what about Helen?

I think this probably is going to deal with Jane/Tom and their relationship since on her own Jane would probably never do something like this. How they pull it off will be interesting.

I don't know. We'll see when it premieres how much of this is carried into the movie.

As for the two episodes, I guess we'll have to wait. When is Daria going to begin her relationship I wonder? The movie: Gotta be more than that if it's a two hour film. Dave Grohl's got a speaking part? What about Taylor?

Do we know if it's commercial-free yet? Cause if it's not, and it's a two hour movie, expect, oh, let's say, 45 minutes of animation. Good old MTV.

However, when MTV airs original movies, the first airing has usually been commercial free. I remember them making a point of this in ads for 2ge+her (any one remember if that other movie did the same - I can't remember the name of it right now).
