Well, not quite to alt.music.kenickie's standards, but still.....where is everybody?? There were hardly any posts today.... Has everyone left? Kazul appeared and then disappeared again, Martin S and Shez appear to have gone too, and other people.... Have I scared everyone away or something? <g> Why is nobody posting?!?

If you are not able to make any announcements at the moment, but wish to express an intention to keep the subscribers of the Daria newsgroup informed when you are able to report anything, I am sure that this expression of intent would be welcomed by the subscribers.

Why do I say that? Well, they'll probably dismiss further emails from me as more junk from that Daria fanatic. Bear in mind I've already emailed them ISTR at least four times, faxed them once, and submitted some Daria URLs to the channel five teletext pages. But if they see new names, they *might* get the idea that there's more than one person this side of the glass who is looking forward eagerly to seeing Series Three. ;:-)

I haven't had time to read any newsgroups for a couple of weeks, I just finally found time to read postings from the 15th of March onwards this afternoon, having finished two of the most urgent tasks that have been occupying all my free time: (a) editing, printing and posting 100 copies of a 7000 word newsletter, and (b) helping a friend drink two polypins of beer! Also since season 3 started there's been too much ontopic stuff swamping the newsgroup, it's really hard to find the interesting stuff these days. At one time I would read every posting to atd every day, but nowadays I rarely have fewer than 500 unread messages!

I just stumbled across some postings about you getting engaged last week or something Alli, when's the happy day?
