another thing...I don't know the details, but, these things are usually scare tactics which DO work on the ISP...as long as it was a freesite, i.e.. no one was making money, based on hits, the webmaster COULD submit a bill to Viacom, MTV etc. for PROMOTIONAL SERVICES!!!!
