wrong button, dude...

   MTV technical operations department strikes again.  During the
afternoon telecast on 10/5/98 the sound went dead during the middle of
"Daria".  What is it with the folks in the engine room in New York?
You'd think with their budget they could afford some competent
operators.  This ain't some rinkydink public access cable thing, you
know.
    My offer to relocate to NYC and work with MTV still stands.
