FINALLY!!

Either someone screwed up or MTV finally has started listening to the letters (personally I suspect the former) because in the pacific showing of The Lawndale Files no one talked over the credits!

Hurray, is it not nice to have them back to just the music, as the producers and performing artists on the credits intended it to be! Let's hope this trend continues. Nothing worse than obnoxious chit chat about nothing. At least they have not gone the drastic step that the commercial networks do with sectioning off the credits to unreadibly small size with promotions of programs you don't want to watch anyway.

Yes!! And did anyone notice that in last night's showing of "Speedtrapped" someone started to talk over the credits but they stopped suddenly and the music got louder? That made me smile.

What makes this even more significant is that during FANatic right afterwords, they DID talk through the credits. (I only watched because of Jackie Chan, so no razzing, please ;-) ) This means Daria is getting special treatment. How about that, eh?

The same on the east coast as well! I also suspect someone just forgot, but lets hope it was the letters that led to this.
