OK, I was in the process of watching the new episode last night when the phone rang right before the second series of commercials came on. It was my friend Cristina -- the friend I'm going to London with. She has never flown before, and now she's flying from South Texas all the way to London, with stops in Houston and Newark, NJ. So of course, she's freaking out. I ended up speaking with her for about an hour. So...I'm grumpy. Missed all that "Daria". So...I'm desperate for reviews. I'll be reading y'all's reviews voraciously today.
But I'll still be setting my VCR to catch the rebroadcast on Sunday -- there IS going to be a rebroadcast, right? (checks paperpusher.simplenet.com) Oh it's on SATURDAY...*whew*...glad to see there's going to be a rebroadcast. :)
Damn, I have a lot to do. I not only have to tie up loose ends online in only 3 hours (I usually have a lot of e-mail to read every day plus I frequent several newsgroups, that sort of thing, and I go to several message boards too), but when I get back home I'm going to have to get traveler's checks, pack my suitcase, clean out my backpack and pack it, check in with a couple people whose mailing addresses I need to get (since I want to send them postcards), set up a call between my parents and Cristina's parents, set up my VCR to catch "Daria" on Saturday and "Ally McBeal" on Monday (I think I can hold off on Jay Leno's "Headlines" for one week), finish up the last bits of homework I want finished before I leave, AND get enough sleep so that I won't collapse. Excuse me for a minute...I'm gonna go off and hyperventilate.

Of all the scenes I DID get a chance to see last night...I loved the part where Cupid asked Daria who "made her feel like Queen Cleopatra" and she blurted out Trent's name. Hilarious little teaser. :) I'm DEFINITELY looking forward to recording this for posterity.
