"Bouncey" Hair

This is just something that has been bothering me for a while.

What IS ï¿½Bonceyï¿½ hair.

And, more importantly, why do people say Quinn has it while Daria does not.

Bouncy hair tends to spring up and down (slightly) when the person walks or otherwise moves.

Maybe the women could answer this part better, but I'd think the bounciness would have more to do with the type of shampoo and conditioner than with the style.
