Daria a comic book? Or even a newspaper strip? The artwork certainly lends itself to that medium. As to a publisher, I'd suggest Bongo Comics; I really enjoy their work on the Simpsons.

IIRC, Glenn Eichler mentioned (in Toon Magazine) that when "Beavis & Butthead" was made into a comic book, the result was less than wonderful. Maybe it's a case of once bitten, twice shy?
It would be nice to see Daria as a comic book, or even a graphic novel. Right now, I'd be happy just to see the third Daria book come out. (Anyone know when that's due?)
