Who do you love?

Well, I figured I'd give y'all the various survey results so far, and I'll *try* to keep it short and entertaining. Well, at least short. (All figures rounded to nearest whole number. And if you're wondering, yes, I'm still actively checking for double votes-- I just had to remove one today. :P )

Character Survey: Out of 80 responses: Daria is your favorite character (45%), Jane your second (29%), and, unsurprisingly, Trent is 3rd (14%). Strangely, Quinn and Aunt Amy tied for 4th (4%). Lehrman/Lerman/Whatever is your favorite one-off/one-time character (25%), Axl is #2 (14%), and there's a big crowd at #3 (5%). Mr. DeMartino is your favorite Faculty member (53%), follwed by Ms. DeFoe (16%) and Mr. O'Neill (15%). You love to hate Ms Li the most of the faculty (48%), followed by Mrs. Manson (16%) and Ms. Morris (11%). You love Jane's voice the most (31%), Trent's golden throat is a close second (29%), and Daria is a distant 3rd at 11%, while Brittany makes you all cringe the most (44%), followed by Quinn (18%) and Ms. Barch (9%-- it would've been 10%, but some *man* interfered with the numbers. <g>)

Off-Model Survey: Out of 36 Responses: Your favorite "off-model" Daria is the one who's all grown up in WWIH-- (42%), while 14% of you (predictably) like her Alternapalooza look, and another 14% of you dig her usual sleepwear. Whatever.

Musical Survey: Out of 101 Responses: 30% of you can't get "Manly" out of your heads, while 24% of you are plagued by "Gah, Gah Dammit!" and 21% of you are convinced that "They Must Be Worried." Jane (25%) is your favorite crooner, followed closely by Jake (21%) and (no surprise here) Trent (20%). (Daria is in 4th at 17%). Meanwhile, in a result that surprises no one, Brittany is the most annoying singer (32%), followed by Mack (18%), and a host of others at 7%.

Episode Survey: Out of 184 Responses: Unsurprsingly, your favorite season one ep is "Road Worrier" (39%), with "Don Jake" a distant second at 11%, followed by "Pinch Sitter" at 10%. Following a similarly unsuprising theme, your favorite season two ep seems to be "Pierce Me" (30%), folllowed closely by my favorite, WWIH (20%), and "Arts N' Crass" (15%). Out of all of the episodes, though, TNK and Fair Enough still have yet to receive a vote.

Song Survey: Out of 116 Responses: Most of you tap your toes to "You're Standing On My Neck" (42%), followed by "Rock N' Roll Lifestyle" (27%), and "I Shot the Sheriff" (9%) from Season One, while from Season Two, most of you prefer "Daria" (18%), the cool Bowie/Reznor remix of "I'm Afraid of Americans" (16%), and "Legend of a Cowgirl" (11%)

Oh, and BTW, the whole "Business Name" and "Website URL" fields are optional-- in truth, I haven't been able to get the program to run properly if I remove those fields. I guess that's what you get when you get stuck having to use MIVAScript. :P (And, yes, I borrowed the survey scripts from a free site.)

Well, I've thought about it-- it might actually be a good idea to reset it every six months or so-- or maybe after season 3 finishes airing in the US. It's only been up since late January, anyway.

If you want to change your vote, then just email me with your new selections, and I can edit the data file. (Of course, it probably won't have a big effect on the current stats, tho.) <g>
