I hope someone's buying you an ergonomic keyboard for Xmas, Mindy! It's not a very good sign getting RSI or whatever so soon, you will definitely need to change how you use the computer or the problems will simply recur.
The only time I've had wrist ache is from too much mouse clicking playing Minesweeper, also using keyboards with a firm action. It's worth getting a keyboard with a very light action, also mice with a feather-light click can make a big difference if you do a lot of clicking (though the downside is it's easy to click such mice accidentally when your finger is resting on the button). Combined with an ergonomically shaped keyboard that lets you keep your wrists straight, this should make a difference, a lot of the problem arises from the tendons that control the fingers being bent and under stress as they pass through the wrist.

Well I've been using the mouse for whatever many years they've been around and neither have I :) We have a cool mouse with like an indented thing and a scrolly button and stuff
