You've brought the memories flooding back! My first ever gig was Duran Duran at London Wembley Arena in 1983. It was great, even though I lost my shoe at some point. That was way back when there were three Taylors in the band (Andy, Roger and John) plus Simon and Nick (either one of which I would have married.) Then puberty kicked in and I became all bitter and alienated and changed allegiance to Morrissey. But i did see Nick Rhodes last year on the down escalator in a swank London department store and I felt a strange, erm, glow. God, they were happy days...
