On (vaguely) the same subject, I've been listening to Patti Smith's "Gloria" a lot recently, and there's a certain time of night when you start singing along with "Daria... D-A-R-I-A..."

I just finished posting a response to this on Planet Daria, and low and behold, here it is! I should have posted here first....Anyway, what I said was, I think about all that "our song" stuff too, and I was thinking, how about "The Rose" by Bette Midler for Daria and Trent? Have you ever heard that? If you haven't I can post the lyrics if you want...but I think it is really representative of what Trent's could-be relationship might be to her....you know what I mean if you've heard the song.
