Season One (The Hardest) The Teachings Of John Jake The Invitation The Big House
Season Two Arts 'N Crass Quinn The Brain/Monster (Tie) Pierce Me (And I'm going to sneak in the ending of 'Write Where It Hurts' because that's when everything really changed. 'See Jane Run' was a precursor of that change)
Season Three Lane Miserables Daria! (I like musicals!) Speedtrapped/The Lawndale File (tie)
Season Four Dye! Dye! My Darling/Fire (I consider those as a two part episode) Psycho Therapy I Loathe A Parade (Another pivotal episode of this series)
Season Five Lucky Strike (One of the best episodes of the entire series) Fat Like Me One J At A Time/Life In The Past Lane (the best filler episodes of the series; believe me that's saying a lot)
Of course the episodes I listed above as favorites are subject to change without notice

Here is my ranking of list of all the episodes I've seen so far (Season One, Two, #301-#311, #412 and #413). After each group of episodes, I've included a few comments.
#308 - Lane Miserables #211 - See Jane Run #413 - Dye! Dye! my Darling #213 - Write Where it Hurts #113 - The Misery Chick #301 - Through a Lens Darkly
The above episodes are just *perfect*. I have absolutely no complaints concerning them. #308 and #413, perfectly enjoyable entertainment. #211, as I'm not a big PE fan myself and the *excellent, superb* ending scene. #213, cultural references and entertainment value. #113 and #301, issues that I've had to deal with myself too.
#111 - Road Worrier #212 - Pierce Me #206 - Monster #201 - Arts 'N Crass #306 - It Happened One Nut
These are also good, but certain details keep still bugging me. #111 and #212, dealing with the Daria-Trent-relationship. #206, uncovering Quinn and entertainment value ("oh no, they've been _zooming_" *).
#307 - Daria! #101 - Esteemsters #209 - Ill #412 - Fire! #203 - Quinn the Brain #311 - The Lawndale File #107 - The Lab Brat #104 - Cafe Disaffecto #109 - Too Cute #204 - I Don't #208 - Gifted
The above are just fine, but either there's something missing or too much of something. #307, #311 and #209 lacked the final touch, for example. #101, #109 and #204, despite a few good scenes ("a herd of beautiful wild ponies running free across the plains", "erm, what is it?", "why aren't you wearing the same dress as the rest?" *), didn't reach their full potential.
#304 - Daria Dance Party #103 - College Bored #310 - Speedtrapped
Towards the above episodes, I've got no special feelings. They were enjoyable all right, but too mild and lacked all the "punch".
#105 - Malled #102 - The Invitation #207 - The New Kid #202 - The Daria Hunter #305 - The Lost Girls #302 - The Old and the Beautiful #106 - This Year's Model #110 - The Big House #210 - Fair Enough #112 - The Teachings of Don Jake
I don't like the above ones. When the scripts were being written, the above should have been rejected right away.
#303 - Depth Takes a Holiday #205 - That was then, This is Dumb #108 - Pinch Sitter #309 - Jake of Hearts
The above, I just hate them. #303 has several funny lines and scenes ("but that's what we are!", "Trent.", "my imaginary friend just fell", "they are coming here to practice" *), but the all the rest is just... Well, describing that is above my skills of written expression. #205, #108 and #309, in the other hand, are just plain old *stupid*.
I had trouble classifying the Pilot "episode". I just couldn't find a proper slot for it. And IIFY then, the biggest trouble is that I haven't seen it yet. Hopefully there will be a DVD -- or VHS, I'm not too picky -- release of the movie(s) someday.
*) Or something like that. I didn't bother to check the tape, file or OD transcript.
I vote for IIFY. Long enough to be several episodes, a complete story in itself, and it had a little bit of everything.
