Hell has frozen over

So the N ran IIFY this evening; since there was nothing else on I thought I'd watch it. Amazingly enough, it seems to be the MTV edited version rather than the truncated abortion they ran last year when they introduced Daria. i.e., tonight's broadcast included the full Jane/Allison storyline. Now if we could only get them to treat the episodes the same way.

FWIW, they'll be showing IICY Sunday night at 6:30 EDT. I missed it when they ran it last month; should be interesting to see if they've done any additional editing, or if they'll run the MTV edit.

Some people said that the original Noggin airing of IICY was very lightly edited, almost not edited at all. Someone else also said the editing was based upon the original long version which was only aired on MTV once and not the already cut for TV version that so STUPIDLY was put on the DVD. ::slaps MTV::
